Emily Gianquinto Co-Chairs at Seminar: Federal Civil Practice and Procedure
Emily A. Gianquinto, an associate in Reid and Riege's Hartford office, co-chaired a seminar entitled "Federal Civil Practice and Procedure" on September 20, 2010. The seminar was hosted by the Connecticut Bar Association and presented an overview of federal practice in the United States District Court, District of Connecticut. The event took place at the CBA Law Center from 6pm to 8pm.
Emily is a member of the firm’s Litigation Department. Her practice focuses on commercial litigation and the resolution of general business disputes. Emily has experience with complex contractual disputes, international arbitration, environmental litigation, disputes involving fiduciary duties of shareholders and business dissolutions, litigation arising out of fraudulent transfers, and insurance litigation. She also has advised clients in connection with responses to government inquiries and subpoenas, including state inquiries into alleged antitrust violations, unfair trade practices and contingent commissions.
