The Litigation Practice Area at Reid and Riege has a broad range and depth of experience in representing clients in state and federal courts, in arbitration forums and before government agencies. For example, our litigators include a former Assistant United States Attorney, a former member of the state ethics commission and three active arbitrators. While our litigators have extensive civil and criminal trial experience and are zealous advocates in the courtroom, they remain cognizant of the significant financial and emotional burdens that litigation places on our clients. Our aim is to achieve a prompt, favorable resolution of cases along the path to trial which may include alternative dispute resolution. We recognize that our clients can save resources and troublesome times if we can prevent litigation. Thus, we also counsel our clients in litigation prevention and investigation of potential claims. Our attorneys draw upon the extensive knowledge of lawyers in the firm’s various Practice Areas to deliver a team approach to clients’ cases.
