Brian O'Donnell and Agnes Romanowska Selected to Join Oliver Ellsworth Inn of Court

Brian O’Donnell and Agnes Romanowska, members of Reid and Riege’s Litigation Practice Area, have been nominated and selected to join the Oliver Ellsworth Inn of Court. The Oliver Ellsworth Inn of Court comprises attorneys and judges from the Hartford, Connecticut, area who meet monthly from September through June to  discuss issues of legal significance. It works to foster excellence in professionalism, ethics, civility and legal skills. 

Brian handles commercial disputes of all types, including contract and tort disputes between companies, disputes among owners of closely held businesses and employment disputes. He also has experience with environmental, probate, real estate, securities fraud and insurance and reinsurance litigation, as well as construction disputes. Brian is a member of the Hartford County, Connecticut and American Bar Associations. He is a member of the Board of Trustees of The Hartt School. Brian received his J.D., cum laude, from University of Michigan Law School and his B.A. from Wesleyan University.

Agnes practices in the areas of commercial and complex civil litigation and the resolution of general business disputes. Agnes also represents employers in a variety of employment law matters. She is a member of the Hartford County, Connecticut and American Bar Associations. Agnes is a member of the Advisory Board of the Polish American Foundation of Connecticut and a member of the Board of Trustees of Catholic Charities, Archdiocese of Hartford. Agnes received her J.D. from University of Connecticut School of Law and her B.A., cum laude, from University of Connecticut.
