Agnes Romanowska Named President of New Local Bar Association
In addition to her role as President of the Polish American Bar Association of Connecticut, Agnes is a founding member. She has been working diligently with other founding members to obtain funding, hire staff and spread the word about the newly formed organization in order to increase the membership base. The Polish American Bar Association of Connecticut was founded to advance the interests of the Polish-American legal community and to improve the administration of justice. Agnes is also a member of the Board of Trustees of Catholic Charities, Archdiocese of Hartford, and Second Vice President of the Polish American Foundation of Connecticut. Agnes represents clients in complex litigation, including insurance, employment disputes, contract disputes and business torts. She also represents clients in government and internal investigations. She received her J.D. from the University of Connecticut School of Law and her B.A., cum laude, from the University of Connecticut.
