Our attorneys are responsible for registering trademarks with the United States Patent and Trademark Office as well as with state offices. As with copyright law, we work with clients to draft disclaimers, draft and respond to demand letters, as well as drafting and negotiating licensing agreements. Our attorneys represent clients before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board as well as litigating infringement actions in state and federal court.
