Adam Carter Rose and Peter Rydel Present at Seminar: Alliance for Non-Profit Growth and Opportunity HR Forum

Adam Carter Rose and Peter Rydel presented on health care privacy matters at the May HR Forum hosted by The Alliance for Non-Profit Growth and Opportunity (TANGO), Schuster Driscoll and Reid and Riege, P.C.  The title of their presentation was "When Privacy Rules and Subpoenas Intersect: A Primer on Health Care Privacy Laws and Practical Tips for Responding to Subpoenas and Other Legal Processes."  They discussed the different types of legal requests for patient health information that providers may receive and the law that need to be navigated when responding.
