Our litigators have represented clients in a wide range of matters, in state and federal courts, in arbitration forums and before government agencies.

Our litigators have extensive trial experience, in both civil and criminal matters, and are zealous advocates in the courtroom. Our focus, however, is on the clients’ desired results, which can often be achieved by avoidance of trial. Thus, we also counsel our clients in litigation prevention and investigation of potential claims. Our litigators include a former Assistant United States Attorney and active arbitrators.
