Reid & Riege Welcomes Megan Stoner as Associate Attorney in Estate Planning & Settlement Practice
Hartford, Conn. — Reid & Riege, P.C. is pleased to announce that Megan Stoner has passed the Connecticut Bar Examination and has joined the firm as an Associate Attorney in its Estate Planning & Settlement practice.
Stoner's admission to the Connecticut Bar marks the next chapter in a journey that has already demonstrated exceptional academic achievement, professional dedication, and a commitment to serving clients with care and diligence.
"Megan's success is the result of years of hard work, determination, and a genuine passion for helping others," said Thomas Kasper, President of Reid & Riege, P.C. "We have had the privilege of watching Megan grow professionally during her time with the firm, and we are thrilled to welcome her as an attorney. Her intelligence, professionalism, and client-focused approach make her an outstanding addition to our Estate Planning & Settlement team."
Stoner joined Reid & Riege after building a strong foundation in both finance and law. Prior to entering the legal profession, she worked in investment management and administration, serving high-net-worth individuals and gaining valuable experience in wealth management and financial planning. This unique background allows her to bring a sophisticated understanding of financial matters to her estate planning and estate administration practice.
She earned her Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from Quinnipiac University School of Law, where she received several honors, including the Distinguished Academic Achievement Award and the Cornelius W. Wickersham, Jr. Award presented by the Federal Bar Council. During law school, she further broadened her legal education through Quinnipiac University's study abroad program at Trinity College Dublin in Ireland.
As a member of the firm's Estate Planning & Settlement practice, Stoner assists individuals and families with estate planning, trust administration, estate settlement, and wealth preservation strategies. She is committed to helping clients navigate complex personal and financial decisions with clarity, compassion, and confidence.
Stoner earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association.
Please join us in congratulating Megan on this significant professional achievement and in welcoming her to her new role as an Associate Attorney at Reid & Riege.
