With more than 35 years of experience in the legal industry—including a tenure at Reid and Riege that began in 1985—she brings deep institutional knowledge and a steady, reliable presence to every engagement. Her work encompasses the preparation of entity formation, dissolution, and foreign qualification documents, as well as the management of Secretary of State filings, closing documentation, and title and lien searches. Known for her meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills, Laureen helps streamline complex transactions and ensure a smooth, efficient process for clients and attorneys alike.
