Aidan earned his J.D. from Quinnipiac University School of Law, graduating summa cum laude with Honors in Health Law. During law school, he served as a senator of the Student Bar Association and contributed as a member of the Quinnipiac Health Law Journal. Prior to joining the firm, Aidan worked for a leading accounting firm, where he advised on tax and structuring considerations for mergers and acquisitions.

• Performed due diligence services, and drafted and negotiated agreements, for acquisitions and mergers valued between $20M and $500M.
• Drafted and reviewed internal legal policies and regulatory compliance documents for a hospital system.
