Charlotte brings a wealth of trial experience, strategic case development, and negotiation skills to every client matter. Her background has equipped her to handle complex, high-stakes litigation with confidence and care.
Prior to joining the firm, Charlotte served as an Assistant District Attorney in the New York County District Attorney’s Office, where she built a record of courtroom excellence across a broad range of serious matters. She began her career in a general trial bureau, prosecuting felonies encompassing fraud, assault, and other violent and non-violent offenses. Charlotte later joined the Intimate Partner and Sexual Violence Bureau within the Special Victims Division, where she exclusively prosecuted domestic violence felonies and sexual assaults–matters demanding precision, sensitivity, and a deep command of evidence. Before her departure, Charlotte was elevated to a supervisory role in which she trained, mentored, and oversaw the caseloads of sixteen first-year Assistant District Attorneys.
That experience translates directly to the work Charlotte does for her clients at Reid and Riege. Whether she is protecting a client's intellectual or real property, litigating a complex business dispute, or defending a fiduciary, Charlotte applies the same discipline and advocacy she developed in some of New York's most challenging courtrooms.
