Adam Carter Rose Presents at Nonprofit Roundtable: Federal Substance Use Disorder Privacy Regulations: Overview of Changes Effective August 14, 2020

Adam Carter Rose, Co-Chair of Reid and Riege's Nonprofit Organizations practice, presented "Federal Substance Use Disorder Privacy Regulations: Overview of Changes Effective August 14, 2020."  This roundtable was hosted by The  Alliance and it gave participants a broad overview of the changes made to 42 CFR Part 2, the federal substance use disorder privacy regulations, to be effective August 14, 2020. Participants learned how healthcare providers can determine how Part 2 applies and how to navigate new compliance regulations.
