The Summer Associate Program at Reid & Riege is a crucial element of our strategy for recruiting and nurturing talented attorneys for the future. We prioritize interviewing, hiring, training, and mentoring our Summer Associates with the singular objective of securing exceptional legal talent to join our firm post-law school graduation and blossom within our team long term. Based at our Hartford office, our program typically runs from late May to early June until early to mid-August, accommodating the academic schedules of our Summer Associates. Participants engage in rotational experiences across various practice areas, gaining fundamental insights and tackling challenging and impactful assignments. They actively participate in client meetings, court proceedings, and hearings to broaden their exposure. Throughout the summer, mentors are dedicated to supporting Summer Associates in training, tasks, and ensuring a well-rounded experience at Reid & Riege. To facilitate the recruitment process, we conduct on-campus interviews in alignment with each University's scheduling guidelines on a rolling basis.
